As a mom of two children who have been with SFS since the beginning, I’m continually in awe of how God has grown this school into what it is today. Homeschooling wasn’t something I initially envisioned for our family, but it became clear that it was God’s plan when He led us to SFS.

It has been a joy to volunteer in classrooms over the years and get to know so many incredible kids and families. I’ve also loved contributing to special projects like building out classroom library systems and planning the golf tournament fundraiser. At SFS, there’s always something meaningful (and fun!) to be part of.

Before this chapter of life, I played collegiate golf at the University of Hawaii and spent ten years working in the golf industry. Life looks very different now—in the best way. When I’m not busy with school or family, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, and playing with our sweet labradoodle pup, Winnie.
