Jocelyn Stein

From Jocelyn:

I grew up in the Portland area, spent six years in Seattle, and have lived in Sherwood for the past twenty years with my family. I have a degree in English Literature and Secondary Education and have spent my professional life in both the classroom and the church. I have been a teacher, coach, youth leader, director of women's ministry, bible study writer and speaker, and even worked at George Fox for a couple of years. As you can see, I love exploring learning of all kinds!

I have been married to my husband Matt for twenty years and currently have three teenagers! I love parenting teenagers, it may be my most fun season yet. We have one dog and a crazy cat that I was talked into after my daughter hit a home run in softball. It's a whole story. My family loves sports and the vast majority of my free time is spent cheering on my kids in their various activities. I am really looking forward to jumping into this special community at SFS and looking forward to meeting the students and families.
