From Chance:

While serving in the Air Force, I earned my Master’s in Education, and now I have the opportunity to use it to inspire and teach. While volunteering to teach electives at SFS, I discovered a passion for education and the joy of working with the fantastic students at this school. I aim to create engaging lessons that spark curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and highlight God’s hand in science and history. 

Before teaching, I served as a pilot and officer in the U.S. Air Force and Oregon Air National Guard, leading teams, training pilots, and participating in global humanitarian aid and combat missions. Now, as a commercial airline pilot and Guardsman, I bring real-world experience to the classroom, helping students connect learning to life beyond the classroom. I feel blessed to teach in a faith-centered environment where my children and all students can explore and learn as God intended.
