We are excited to bring back our Growing Forward initiative as we expand to more classrooms and grades for our 2024/2025 year. Together we get the joy to create an environment for students to thrive academically, spiritually, and relationally.
We know that there are many different ways to reach out to invite people to participate. Maybe your grandparents prefer a letter with a handwritten note, while a friend would do better with a text and giving link.
You have received a packet from school with printed letters and envelopes that you can mail out to family and friends. Additionally, please use the below templates and files to invite others to give generously toward all the good things ahead!
Sample Email
Below you will find a sample email you can edit and use as you reach out to people. Please feel free to write your own from scratch, but this is available to help you get the ball rolling. Be sure to personalize any emails you send with details regarding your own family.
Hey Amy!
I wanted to reach out because I know you’ve heard us rave about Stafford Farm School, where my kid(s) have been attending. It’s been such a blessing to our family and we know it’s just the right fit for us. The exciting thing is that the school is growing and welcoming more kids and grades for the 2024/2025 year, including Junior High! It is clear that SFS is meeting a real need within our community and I am so happy that more families get to experience this unique alternative to education.
As a community we are doing a fundraiser in order to accommodate our growth! We have more classrooms to create, libraries to fill, and a growing need for technology!
I’d love to invite you to join us in sponsoring the Growing Forward initiative. Any amount, big or small, is greatly appreciated and will be put to good use! Please see the attached letter for more information and below is the giving link to the items you can donate.

The Growing Forward Giving Letter allows us to invite loved ones to participate in giving that are not on social media or prefer the personal touch of a piece of mail. You have been provided with pre-printed letters and envelopes but they are also available here for you to download and print.
INSTRUCTIONS:
When sending the giving letter, please be sure to handwrite a personal note to your recipient.

Each letter includes an insert inviting people to become monthly donors if they would like to give in that way. Please include this half sheet with each letter.

You may have people in your life who join us in our passion for educating kids in this new and unique way. For those that you know that want to join us beyond a one time gift, please invite them to join our Visionary Circle by signing up for reoccurring monthly tax-deductible donations. Our visionaries are essential for us to keep tuition affordable and our academics excellent. Anything from $25 or $50 a month (or beyond) will make a significant impact!
